Who we are
Snowhaven is a game by Kalafs Studios, published by Anas Alradhwan, an independent developer in Kuwait (“we”). You can reach us through the Snowhaven support page.
What the game collects
Nothing about you. Snowhaven has no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not send your game data to us or to anyone else.
Your progress
Your town, items and progress are saved on your device only (and in your own device backups, if you use them). If you delete the game, your progress is deleted with it.
Purchases
Purchases go through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles the payment, and we never see your card or payment details. Apple tells the game what you bought so it can give it to you.
If you contact us
When you write to us through the support page, we use your name, email and message only to answer you. The kalafs.com privacy policy explains how we keep those messages.
Age
Snowhaven is for players aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes and law
If the game ever starts to handle any information about you, we will update this policy, and the date at the top, before that version is released. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
