About these terms
These terms cover your use of Snowhaven, a game by Kalafs Studios, published by Anas Alradhwan in Kuwait. By playing, you agree to them. Apple’s standard licence terms for App Store apps apply as well.
Who can play
Snowhaven is for players aged 18 and over.
Your licence
We give you a personal right to play Snowhaven on your Apple devices. You may not copy, sell or rent the game. Its art, characters, music, text and code belong to Kalafs Studios.
Game items
Coins, gems, flame and other items in Snowhaven are for play only. They have no money value, cannot be exchanged for money or real goods, and cannot be sold or given to other players. Items you buy with real money do not expire.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules; you can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Fair play
Please don’t cheat, hack or change the game, or use it to break the law.
Changes to the game
We may update Snowhaven and change its content from time to time.
No guarantees
We work hard to make Snowhaven fun and reliable, but we provide it “as is”, without guarantees of any kind. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss or damage that comes from playing it.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait handle any dispute.
